- During the February 16th, 2015 Executive Board Meeting the Board approved that grave stones and markers would be purchased "at the discretion of the Executive Board."

- During the June 12, 2014 Quarterly Meeting, the Chapter approved a policy to purchase a large wreath for Chapter events without additional approval.

Sympathy Flower Purchases:
- At the February 13, 2013 Executive Board Meeting the Board approved a policy to purchase sympathy flowers to recognize a member in good standing that passes away without further approval. The Policy will be for someone on the Executive Board to contact the Chapter Chaplain to handle the purchasing of the flowers as a Courtesy from the Chapter.
